Shipping Rates & Times
All orders are packed and shipped from our Ariake warehouse in Okayama-shi, Okayama. We currently ship via Yamato Transport within Japan and by international courier abroad.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every piece of gear you order. If something isn't right, we make it easy:
- Apparel: Unworn items with tags attached may be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
- Tennis Balls: Unopened tubes and bags may be returned within 30 days.
- Rackets: Unstrung rackets can be returned within 30 days. Strung rackets may be exchanged within 14 days for a different grip size or tension at no extra cost.
- Sale Items: Final sale items are marked clearly at checkout and are not eligible for return.
To start a return, contact support@juniper-crestland.com with your order number, and our team will send a prepaid return label for domestic orders.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund right away — no return shipping required.
